Indication
Glimepiride + Metformin is used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. This combination of two antidiabetic medicines—Glimepiride, a sulfonylurea, and Metformin—works together to control blood glucose levels. Glimepiride helps by increasing the amount of insulin released by the pancreas, thereby lowering blood glucose.
