Each 10 ml ampoule contains Vitamin A (as Palmitate) I.P. 10,000 IU, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) I.P. 1,000 IU, Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate) I.P. 5 mg, Thiamine Hydrochloride I.P. 50 mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride I.P. 15 mg, Riboflavin Sodium Phosphate I.P. (equivalent to Riboflavin) 10 mg, Ascorbic Acid I.P. 50 mg, Nicotinamide I.P. 100 mg, D-Panthenol I.P. 25 mg, Benzyl Alcohol I.P. (as preservative) 1% v/v, and Water for Injection I.P. q.s.
