Each dose contains Ambroxol Hydrochloride IP 10 mg, Terbutaline Sulphate IP 1.25 mg, Guaiphenesin 50 mg, and Menthol 0.5 mg.

This combination medication is used to treat productive cough associated with bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD), bronchitis (inflammation of bronchial tubes), and emphysema (shortness of breath).
