Indication
Loperamide is used to treat diarrhoea (runny stool). It is effective for short-term diarrhoea, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and recurring or long-lasting diarrhoea caused by bowel conditions such as Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, and short bowel syndrome.
