Indication
Telmisartan + Chlorthalidone is used in the treatment of Hypertension (high blood pressure). It is a combination of two medicines: Telmisartan (an angiotensin receptor blocker) and Chlorthalidone (a diuretic), which together lower blood pressure effectively.
