Tropicamide I.P. 0.8% w/v, Phenylephrine HCL I.P. 5% w/v, Chlorbutol I.P. 0.5% w/v (as preservative), Sterile aqueous base.

Indication
Phenylephrine + Tropicamide is a combination of two medicines: Phenylephrine, a decongestant, and Tropicamide, an anticholinergic. They work by enlarging the pupil and relaxing the muscles in the eye, allowing for proper examination of the inside of the eye.
