Indication
Sacubitril/valsartan is the first agent approved in a new class of drugs called angiotensin receptor neprilysin inhibitors (ARNI). It is FDA-approved to treat patients with chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) in NYHA class II, III, or IV.
